Course Description

This course provides an introduction to the concepts in computer aided drafting and design (CADD) using AutoCAD software. Students will develop an understanding of the features and considerations associated with the computer as a drafting /design tool. The course presents step-by-step instruction of AutoCAD commands, mode settings, drawing aids, shortcuts, and other valuable characteristics of AutoCAD as they become available in new releases of the software.
